Jarana Tequila Reposado is made from carefully selected blue agave from Los Altos in Jalisco, Mexico, harvested after 7-12 years. Sugar juice (‘mosto’) is extracted from the agave, which is carefully fermented to get the ideal balance of aroma and flavor. Finally, the liquid is distilled twice in copper vats to achieve an extraordinarily smooth taste of 100% agave.

The tequila is aged for 3.5 months in American white oak barrels, resulting in a beautiful golden amber color and the distinctive characteristics of wood, spices and citrus.
