Delicious biodynamic hemp tea, hand-picked, sorted and dried on Bornholm.
Hemp tea consists of the dried leaves of the hemp plant and is a variant of the EU-registered industrial hemp, which is characterized by not having a euphoriant effect.

The hemp tea has a mild, slightly spicy flavor and makes an excellent lunch – or evening tea or just for a quiet moment. Prepare the tea with boiling water and let it steep for 10-12 minutes and enjoy a moment of peace and contemplation.

Tea sommelier Alicia Gentili describes the hemp tea as follows: absolutely pure in both texture and flavor, well rounded, full/medium body, slightly bitter, not astringent (the astringent mouthfeel familiar from some teas and red wines), notes of freshly ground pepper and marjoram, lively and slightly cooling aftertaste. Fragrance notes of lemon, thyme, bay leaves, marjoram, citra hops and pine.

Hemp tea can also be brewed as a cold brew for the summer: 2 tsp/ 225 ml cold water/ 24 hours – this produces a clear and golden drink with sparkling particles, rich flavor with notes of lemongrass, fresh thyme, and a slightly peppery aftertaste.
