After about 10 minutes of using the face mask, most of the active ingredients in the mask are effectively absorbed into your skin and you can remove the mask.

1. Clean and dry your face thoroughly. Use a gentle, all-natural cleanser and let your face dry before continuing.
2. Take the face mask out of the packaging and gently unfold it. Make sure you unfold the CBD oil face mask completely to a flat position before continuing.
3. Place the fabric side of the mask on your face and remove the plastic backing. Make sure to carefully align the holes in the CBD face mask over the eyes, nostrils and mouth.
