Montepulciano is close to the Val d’Orcia Natural Park.

Lunadoro is family-run, with a large farm, vacation apartments and an almost completely new winery where production began in 2002. It is owned by the married couple Dario Hatte and Gigliola Cardinal.

Lunadoro Rosso di Montepulciano has a dark ruby red color with slight garnet, the nose is very elegant. It has floral notes of violets and citrus. Aromas of leather and carob are sensed along with slightly spicy cloves.

This wine was recommended to enjoy with grilled lamb and red meat, pasta with meat sauce, bread with salami and cheese.
