It was distilled once from 100% fresh grape juice in the ‘Yenilikhane’ section of the Alaşehir distillery, which has a tenth scale. In this distillation, coarse-grained and very oily aniseed smoked in cherry sawdust was added to the suma. It was then aged in 400-liter French oak barrels with a well-burnished interior. 45 degrees alcohol, in a half liter bottle. The third of the Kraft Raki series after Uzun Brewing and Giz.

It is a pale yellowish color. When water is added, it bleaches well and yellowish highlights are also detected. Clean and ripe alcohol, intense anise and light vanilla scents are felt on the nose. Full-bodied in the mouth, the oily, smoky flavors are light and in the background. Kept short and not straying too far from the traditional raki flavor, raki is rich, easy to drink and lingers on the palate. It’s even suitable for drinking neat. It should be tried at tables where salt-smoked appetizers and delicacies such as kippers, anchovies, licorinos, waxy roe, pastrami and dried meat dominate.
