The champagne is aged for a minimum of three years in barrels and then aged in the bottle for a minimum of three years. The double aging – together with a low amount of sugar – makes the champagne very clear, fresh and clean. Extra Brut Extra Old has very fine bubbles, a soft golden hue and aromas of ripe fruits.
