Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco draws its strength from two distinct terroirs in Jalisco – Los Valles (lowlands) and Los Altos (highlands). It combines the earthy, herbal notes of the lowlands with the floral, fruity notes of the highlands. The agave is 100% Blue Weber, ensuring a pure and authentic tequila profile.

Blend of tradition and innovation

Each terroir is treated differently:

• Los Valles follows artisan traditions: agave is baked in stone ovens, partially crushed with tahona, and fermented in open wooden vats

• Los Altos uses modern methods: autoclave, steel grinder and fermentation with rum yeast
  Both batches are distilled twice in copper-look pans and finally blended to create the balance between history and innovation

• Aroma: A lively aroma with raw and cooked agave, citrus, earthy herbs, cherry, pear and peach

• Taste: Fresh, lively and harmonious – agave and citrus meet subtle notes of mint, mineral twist, light spice from pepper and the sweetness of vanilla
