The Special Cuvée is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier and over 85% Grands and Premiers Crus.

To enhance its unique style, scents and aromas, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees. In addition, it can be served with all fish, especially sushi and sashimi, seafood including shrimp, crayfish and grilled lobster, or with poultry and white meat.

The Special Cuvée has a golden color with black grape varietal characteristics and very fine bubbles. It has beautiful aromas of ripe fruits and spices with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. The taste is a fine combination of structure, length and liveliness. The bubbles are like velvet and pear, brioche and spices add a delicate flavor.
