Colombian Premium Aged Gin – Ortodoxy – is made from a Colombian spirit base made from sugar cane that is distilled up to five times. This gin is also based on a special Colombian fruit called Limon Mandarino. This creates a fine balance between the taste of the sweet mandarin and the tart lemon. This gin is then aged for around 36 months in old oak barrels.

The gin has a light brownish color and the taste is slightly spicy with a hint of vanilla. It has a slightly sweeter taste than many other gins. It can be enjoyed neat or mixed in a drink.
